How to Stretch the Spine to Get Taller

Here are two stretching exercises to grow taller. The first one is called the Super Stretch. Stand straight with feet together and arms at the sides. Slowly raise your arms outwards and upwards until they point straight up. Simultaneously raise your heels and stand tall on your toes. Breathe in and stretch your entire body upwards. Hold for a few seconds, relax and repeat 2-3 times. Holding balance will become a lot easier when you practice this exercise twice or thrice every day. The second spine stretching exercise is the Wall Stretch. Stand with your back against a wall. Raise your hands up and reach them as high up the wall as possible. Stand on your toes and reach higher. Press your back against the wall such that your spine becomes flat and straight. Hold for as many seconds as you can. Relax and repeat 2-3 times. Perform this exercise 2-3 times a day to grow taller.
