How to increase your natural height through physical exercise
March 13th, 2010It is not a myth that it is possible for you to increase your natural height even after puberty and there is no hope of further natural growth. By these, I mean that you can add to your height, not make yourself look taller. The best way to do this is through physical exercises that stretch the body muscles and bones to spur growth that will result in height increase.
The most common and effective height increasing exercises include yoga and Pilates, Sukahasana or the easy sitting position, dog and cats and a number of other stretch exercises. Other common exercises that people have been using to keep fit but can actually ad to your height include the chin-up exercises that are done on a grasp bar, the close grip chin-up and the pull-up. You can also add to your height a few inches by taking part in active physical sporting activity like basketball, volleyball, swimming, cycling and jogging.
